CRIMINAL INJURY UK

Criminal Injury UK deals with criminal injury compensation claims using the no win no fee scheme which means that if we don't succeed in recovering compensation on your behalf then you don't pay us one penny. Our claims are completely risk free and you do not have to fund or finance your claim in any respect. We are not a claims management company and we do not expect you to take out any loans or pay for any insurance. Our team of experts have over 25 years experience of the criminal injury compensation scheme and applications to the CICA are dealt with in house. If for any reason your application for trauma compensation under the CICA tariff scheme is refused by the CICA we will take your claim to the independent Appeals Panel at no extra cost to you. The CICA do not pay legal charges and if your claim is successful there will be a deduction from the monies paid to you to cover the cost of legal fees incurred on your behalf.
