MIB MOTOR INSURERS BUREAU CLAIMS
The Motor Insurers Bureau ( MIB ) will compensate the victims of negligent uninsured or untraced drivers who have been
involved in a road traffic accident and who have suffered personal injury
and loss.
Uninsured Drivers An application for compensation can be made if the driver of
the other vehicle was uninsured but identified at the time of the accident. Investigations into the issue of liability are made and consideration is given to the documentary evidence provided to support the value of the claim, including medical records in relation to injuries and documentary evidence relating to loss of earnings, property and vehicle damage. If a decision on liability or the amount of any award is not satisfactory then an appeal can be made to reconsider any accident claims. Our panel solicitors will deal with
